8:00a - Noon:

Scrambled eggs

Four sausage links

Small apple

Black coffee

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Green salad with chicken, oil & vinegar

Baked chicken breast

Red grapes & honey dew melon

Two diet colas

(this meal was at the Golden Corral, so I dodged all kinds of temptations)

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Banana

Several pieces beef jerky & peperoni

Mixed fresh fruit

Four corn chips with homemade salsa

Small piece of cheese pizza

Small piece of apple pie & ice cream

(went to dinner at some at our friends house who live in the area. Mostly stuck to the fruit, but didn't get away totally clean)
