FOOD LOG:
6:50AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
8:30AM
- Paleo Cereal
11:30PM
- 1 egg with 2 large whites mixed with 4 or 5T of full fat cottage cheese & cooked in 1tsp coconut oil. Topped with pepper and 1/4 of an avocado
- The last of the BBQd pork from this weekend dipped in a little spicy honey bbq sauce
(This might sound like an odd combo, but for one, the cottage cheese was good in eggs and two, I've found I can't just eat eggs alone. I have to have a meat source or I don't stay full very long)
2:30PM
- Protein Smoothie: Same as yesterday's but added cinnamon
3:30PM
- Just under an ounce of cheddar cheese
- Small handful of raw walnuts
6:00PM
Sooo, my cheat meal came early this week. Husband had to do some quick work in Boise so we had supper at Wingers on the way home
-Double Sauced Bacon Chedder Burger & Seasoned Steak Fries
- Iced Tea with a packet of sugar ( I don't normally have anything in my iced tea, but their's tastes like dirty water)
TRAINING:
- 50 Knees to Elbows
