FOOD LOG:

 

7:00AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

10:00AM

- The most filling (& simple) breakfast of all time (Garlic & Cumin powder in place of the Salt and Onion powder) 

2:00PM

- A bit of Apricot leather 

4:30PM

- Can of tuna mixed with a tsp of mayo, sweet relish, shredded cheddar & pepper

- 1 skinny celery stalk with almond butter & 10 raisins

5:30PM

- Carton of chocolate Muscle Milk

7:30PM

- Scoop of protein with 2tsp psyllium fiber

8:15PM

- Salmon fillet with creamed peas

9:00PM

- Apple

 

TRAINING:

 

6:30PM

- 6 Ladder Sets (this took the whole hour not leaving room for anything extra)

You failed to mention that your 6 ladders included a total of 60 presses per hand with 35 or 44lb kettlebells and 60 pullups. That is quite a workout. Nice job.
