    • One minute on the stair master
    • One minute snatches @ 16kg

Nutrition:

 

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Thick piece of ham

Black coffee

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Banana

Hunk of aged white cheddar cheese

30g Optimum Vanilla Whey Protein

Black coffee

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Puerto Rican Beef with sweet potatoes & grass feed beef

4000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

3mg melatonin, 1000mg fish oil,

200mg grape seed extract

 

Current Goals:

December 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!

 

Past Goals:

November 2011 goalOne strict press, each side, with the 28kg. Achieved 11-11-2011!
