  • Four 1-3 ladders of double long cycle presses @ 16kg

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Thick piece of ham

Black coffee

Banana

1oz 88% dark chocolate

Two scoops Jack3d

60g AfterGlow

4000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg krill oil

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Homemade chicken veggie soup

Handful of almonds

One apple slice with almond butter

Around six pepperoncini peppers

Black coffee

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Grilled salmon with habanero-lime butter

12oz diet cola

2000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

Opti-Men multivitamin, 3mg melatonin, 

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

 

Current Goals:

December 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!

 

Past Goals:

November 2011 goalOne strict press, each side, with the 28kg. Achieved 11-11-2011!
