Breakfast:

2 slices of Udi's toast

 

Lunch: handful of almonds, carton of choc. milk

 

Snack; 1/2 cup prepared tuna fish

 

Dinner; 1/2 cup of bbq chicken

 

Workout:

50 swings (70 lb.) kicked my butt

45 swing (44 lb.)

50 swings (62 lb.)

120 Hindu squats

120 reg. squats

TGU only got in 5 tonight

Dang!  Nice workout!  Hope you are getting enough food. That looks a bit on the light side.  :)
