1 Turkish Get up 16kg bell

20 2 handed swings 16kg bell (approx. 30 secs)

1 burpee

20 sec rest

did that 8 times for 120 swings ( 880 left this week)

rest 1 min

30 pushups on bell

880 swings to go this week
