- Some (six, I think) sets of seven reps of two-handed swings @ 20kg
- Some wall squats
- Bunch of stuff I don't know how to describe but was awesome!
- Some reverse TGU
- Two sets of seven two-handed swings @ 24kg
- Two sets of seven two-handed swings @ 28kg

8:00a - Noon:
Two eggs, onions, peppers
One chicken habanero sausage
Black coffee
1000mg fish oil, 2000UI Vitamin D
Noon - 4:00p:
Cheat meal.
4:00p - 10:00p:
Crock pot chuck roast with onions, carrots, celery & garlic
Handful of almonds
Six squares of 88% dark chocolate
