Breakfast 2 eggs scrambled w/TB of fresh salsa, 2 pork sausage links

Lunch: handful of almonds/pecans

Snack: granny smith apple

Dinner: 2 small hamburger patties w/cheddar cheese on top, w/pickle relish, mayo, wrapped in lettuce.

Workout:

3 rds. of 1.5 min. reps ea. hand LCJ w/ 1 min. rest in between

5 rds. of body weight squats and Hindu squats on the min. w/ 30 sec. rest in between

10 min. of double KB 26 lb. squats on the min. about 5 -6 ea. time.

Thanks for the tips!  I am going to try to eat a little more and be more conscious of the protein/carb ratio!

Looks like a good workout. Count up your protein grams. Try to get at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight.

Doing great Carrie! Just don't be afraid to eat a little more. That looks to be under 1,000 calories...you need much more than that to fuel your workouts, muscle and daily life. =)
