Sleep last night 10:00p-4:50a

5:00a a few bites of leftovers from the night before: kielbasa sausage, sauteed onions, a couple chunks of potato

Nap 7:00a-9:00a

4oz ground turkey topped with mozzarella

Training: DOL swing and push up double ladder.

Swinging the 40#s for my sets of 6 and 10 and the 35#s for the sets of 14 and 20 seriously takes it out of me. I was wiped.

8oz ground turkey, 1 cup white rice, a wedge of melon

A small chunk of beef pot roast, sprinkled with parmesan

Appetizers at our challenge party at A2O: a few bites of marinaded chicken, 1/4 cup cauliflower rice Spanish rice style, and a tossed brussel sprout salad

1 small orange

That is such a brutal program. It really sneaks up on you.

One thing I've found about programs like that is that you have to eat during them in a way that supports the training, and then worry about the body comp afterwards. It is like your body might feel kinda soft during the program and then changes once you get done with it and back off slightly.
