Workout:

6 ladder sets of 2,3,5 sets of double presses with the 35's and pull ups or bent rows with the 53

40 push-ups in sets of 10

40 K2E in sets of 10

50 bicep kettlbell crusher thingies (can't remember the name...)

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Lunch:

2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, carrots

 

Snack:

Coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Dinner:

Big salad with carrots, cheese, ranch, and assorted seeds/nuts as well as a few bites of stew

Yes, 3 weeks is my limit too. Although, you never get away from those squats. But they really are great for your legs. =)

I like that I am truly feeling them, but I think by the end of the 3 weeks I will be ready for some variety.  So far, though, I definitely feel my muscles shouting at me ;).
