I have a busy evening ahead so I thought I would get my blog post on here early :).
Workout:
21 reverse lunges (each leg)
21 burpees
21 kettlebell handle push-ups
18...
15...
12...
9...
Tomorrow I finish my squat and presses rounds with 10 ladder sets of presses and pull-ups. BUT, then I am done :), woo hoo!!
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee with creamer, 3 turkey sausages
Post-workout snack:
1 scoop of why protein (I bought a shaker today and it made the stuff a bazillion times more tolerable with it being the right consistency :) ).
Lunch:
Bowl of left-over taco soup with a small sprinkling of cheddar cheese
Snack:
Apple (2/3) with 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and fish oil pills (better late than never in the day!)
Dinner:
Possible cheat mea? We are going to a halloween party so we'll see how the evening turns out :).
