Workout:

5 rounds of...

6 suitcase deadlifts (1 round with 44 lb., 4 rounds with 53 lb., 1 round with 70 lb.)

6 burpee pull ups

30 squats (1st round holding 44 lb. kb)

1 turkish getup L and R

 

10 k2e to finish off the workout

 

Food Log:

Breaklfast:

1 egg

2 turkey sausages

1 bite of the kids cliff bar

1 fish oil pill

 

Lunch:

Fage greek yogurt, 1/2 cup Kashi go lean cereal, strawberries

2 turkey sausages

 

Snack:

1 cup popcorn

1 nectarine

Broccoli

 

Dinner:

Chicken

Carrots, broccoli

 

Evening snack:

Spoonful of peanut butter
