30 squats (1st round holding 44 lb. kb)
1 turkish getup L and R
10 k2e to finish off the workout

1 egg
2 turkey sausages
1 bite of the kids cliff bar
1 fish oil pill
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt, 1/2 cup Kashi go lean cereal, strawberries
2 turkey sausages
Snack:
1 cup popcorn
1 nectarine
Broccoli
Dinner:
Chicken
Carrots, broccoli
Evening snack:
Spoonful of peanut butter
