Traveling and good nutrition have proven difficult. Saturday was a nutritional disaster. Had many celebrations for my son winning his tournament events and then visited friends that prepared an unhealthy dinner for us, complete with homemade apple pie. Sabotage!

Was a little better today. Had a special brunch with family and ate a great omelet and fresh fruit. Returned home munching on beef jerky and almonds. Hopefully tomorrow will be better since I am home briefly.

I was able to do some catch up on my work-out tasks:

70 squats Saturday, 50 Sunday  (100 remaining for the week)

28 pushups Sat., 20 Sun. (20 remaining)

35 situps Sat., 25 Sun. (50 remaining)

25 pullups Sunday (55 remaining)

2- 12 minute sprints on Sat., 1- 12 minute sprint on Sunday (3-12 minute sprints still remaining).

Yeah, it was very sweet of them, and the pie was quite good.  :)

We're about a week away from being back to normal.  Carol flew out this morning for Alabama, so I'm at home being Mr. Mom for the rest of the week.

Yes, when you have other people prepairing the food and you have no control, it certainly does make it hard. I'd say you and Brent did pretty well overall. And now being back home you can get right back to normal! =)
