Traveled yesterday while ill. :(
Slept too many hours to count on the plane and in the hotel, but I feel much better.

Nutrition:
Yesterday: fuzzy
Today:
breakfast- none
lunch- stir fry chicken & vegetables, beef broccoli
dinner- Asian grilled chicken salad
snack- 9 almonds and 3 squares of chocolate

Workout:
Monday- 0
Tuesday- rest
Wednesday-
100 squats (0 remaining for the week)
40 pushups (+20, silly girl didn't realize I was on track with this)
50 situps (0 remaining)
40 pullups (15 remaining)
2- 12 minute sprints on treadmill (1-12 minute sprint still remaining).
