Went to another family party. Everything there was very healthy. My cousin smoked a giant beef brisket and I ate a ton. I made a big spinach and kale salad with avocado, artichoke hearts, red onion, pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds. Used my homemade vinaigrette with it. Though I usually avoid it, I couldn't resist an ear of corn they'd roasted. Corn is a grain, not a vegetable.
Sipped some red wine with dinner. My cousins run a winery, so when they bring new stuff out, I will definitely try it.
