2 huge grassfed hamburgers on a potabello mushroom

2 huge baked potatoes with butter, grated asiago cheese, red pepper flake (glycogen refill after 3 day almost zero carb)

giant spinach, kale, cucumber, carrot, raw sunflower seed salad with homemade dressing

fish oil

cod liver oil

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
