About 8oz of steak, cooked in the bacon grease with onions and chopped garlic cloves.

About 11pm I will hit my usual nightcap of roobios tea, ZMA and melatonin.

 

Weight holding at 228-229#, and just as lean. Guess the 3-5lbs of muscle I gained in that few weeks of thrusters and pullup is for real.
