10am-
15 minutes alternating 28kg kettlebell snatches and 200yd jog.

630pm-
Taekwon-Do: 20 hyungs, basics, sparring, breaking.

NUTRITION:
8am-
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

11am-(postworkout/first meal)
2 scoops Syntha-6 protein (30gr CHO)
about 16 raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

3pm-
1 large leftover grilled chicken breast
2 Italian brats, dipped in Tabasco spicy brown mustard
2 large baked potatoes with tons of butter and red pepper flake
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

530pm (preworkout)
1 scoop Universal Animal Rage

10pm-
2 huge hamburgers, pan-cooked in bacon grease, sandwiched between portabello mushrooms, with avocado slices and bacon strips. Good stuff.
Rest of the large avocado.
Washed it down with some German black lager given to me as a gift yesterday (by an actual German). I know this is a cheat, and I fully expect to carry about 5lbs of inflammation and water weight tomorrow because of it. Oh well, I will live. Remember that I do not have any kind of weight loss goal, and training 9 to 10 times per week has its perks.

About 12am, I will have some roobios tea, melatonin and ZMA.

If I had to do today over again, nutritionally, I would probably not have had the potatoes. I think the two-day's-worth of carbs in one sitting only a few hours before workout was a mistake. I felt like I was wearing lead boots.
