About 20 raw almonds

10pm-
Huge salad with one whole large chicken breast (pan-cooked in bacon grease and covered in coconut flakes), baby spinach, zuccini, red pepper, red onion, mushrooms, 1/2 a large avocado, raw sunflower seeds and vinaigrettte dressing
red wine
2400mg fish oil
2000mg flaxseed oil
