Amazing dinner hosted by Katie! Not even going to try to calculate any of this. Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, crock pot chicken, roast beef with potatoes, and amazing paleo-friendly cake. Sipped wine with dinner.
Yes, this is a high carb day for me. I probably took in some where around 250 carbs, but from good sources. Teh December challenge does give me some leeway here. Also, hitting the scale at 221 the other days means I need to eat a little more!
