NUTRITION LOG: 12/09-12/10 Nothing spectacular here, except eliminating dairy is a challenge! I have been struggling to maintain weight, and I am surprised to see what a crutch my whey protein has been.
So, had a cheat meal both days which included french fries to get the calories in...The insulin spike has had me on a roller coaster, which I will break today, by getting more fat and almost no carbs with no workout. The carbohydrate intake is just evil for my energy levels. It killed me yesterday.
