Mongolian BBQ. This does NOT have to be a nutritional disaster if you are careful. Stick to nothing but meat and some vegetables in your bowl, and stay away from any dark sauces that likely contain soy sauce and sugar, of course NO NOODLES.
Here is what my bowl looked like: green onion, cilantro, a ton of beef (over 1/2 the bowl was meat), broccoli, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and instead of noodles, I topped it of with red cabbage. Sauces were ginger, curry, garlic, lemon, red pepper flake, with sesame oil on top. I had one cup of white rice with it and some hot tea without sugar.
8pm-Not really hungry after eating early in the day.
