Only three reps here, because I'd already done my 100 for the day. Karate Master Mas Oyama said the best variation of the pushup was with the fingertips only, so here is the "Oyama Burpee"

These are not done as a race. Note the full flat-footed squat at in each rep.

 

TRAINING:
10AM-
100 BURPEES
(Most of them "Oyama Burpees" on fingertips. The rest on knuckles. Wrists are bothering me, from repeated injuries to them.

630PM-
TAEKWON-DO: 21 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING.

NUTRITION:
8am-
300mg Caffeine

11am-
2 handfuls of raspberries
50gr Carnivore protein
4000mg fish oil
cod liver oil
5000iu vitamin D

2pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
about oz of leftover grilled wild salmon with lemon
1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
about 3oz of deer pepperonini
cod liver oil

530pm-
2 scoops Jack3D

930pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge grilled tri-tip steak
giant spinach salad with tons of vegetables, avocado, and homemade dressing

Around 1130pm I will take my magnesium, B6 and zinc with some melatonin
