Not the best dinner. Tacos made with grassfed beef and corn tortillas. Pretty carb heavy after the potatoes this afternoon and the corn gluten is no good. Only put a little salsa, sour cream and avocado on the tacos, ended up eating one whole avocado.
2000mg fish oil

About 1130pm I will take 3mg melatonin and 3 ZMA capsules with some roobios tea.
