Not even going to try to put this in myfitnesspal.
Had some aminos after training in the a.m., and then a chicken breast and an avocado for lunch with some coconut oil. All good.
Met with friends for dinner at The Ram, and didn't even try to go healthy. Had some kind of chip appetizer, some hard cider, and a salad, which I know wasn't anything close to as healthy as the ones I make at home. Had a great time. This will be my cheat meal for the week. Nothing healthy about this meal at all. Scratchy throat and runny nose all night long.
