1 scoop Carnivor protein postworkout

12pm-

about 12oz of baked wild cod soaked in Kerrygold butter and lemon

8pm-

Weekly cheat meal. 

A ton of wings and a ton of tater tots at Native wings. Washed it down with Michelob Ultra

Fasted most of the day. 

About 6pm Had a huge steak and a ton of broccoli with Kerrygold butter and lemon.

8am-

caffeine/green tea

1000mg vitamin C

1 tbsp MCT oil

12pm-

(bunch of random stuff in the fridge)

about 6oz of leftover grass-fed beef hamburger

about 6oz of roasted turkey breast in lettuce wraps with hot mustard and homemade primal mayo

5000iu vitamin D

430pm- (pre workout)

200mg caffeine/green tea

mix of creatine, glutamine, beta alanine

930pm-

Big steak, bunch of kimchee, red wine

11pm

Zn, Mg, B6, about 1.5mg melatonin
