Pretty strict, since I really didn't eat much all day. I slept any time I wasn't training or getting a few reps in. I did cheat with a small tube of Pringles. Could hardly taste them. Not really worth it.

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

about 3oz of sliced pastrami 

one whole avocado with lime, salt, and pepper

small bowl of raspberries mixed with raw almonds

steak and huge salad with homemade dressing

red wine

whole bunch of raspberries and 72% pure chocolate

I will hit the magnesium, zinc and B6 with a little nighttime cold medicine (stuffy nose still holding on).
