NUTRITION:
Nothing remarkable on 10/07, except going out with friends Friday night, sitting right next to two awesome pizzas and pitchers of beer and not having even the slightest desire to indulge. After last Sunday, beer does not even slightly seem good. I never thought I would feel that way. I ate a few bites of pizza, but really just hit the salad bar hard. The thought of beer made me gag.

130pm-pretty much a whole cheat meal.
Double bacon cheeseburger with large french fries. Pretty yummy. Since I've been dropping a few pounds lately, because of increased activity I don't worry too much at all about the extra calories.

About 10oz grilled steak
Big spinach salad with fresh tomato, red onion and blush wine vinaigrette
