1 tbsp coconut oil

2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tsp cinnamon

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

12pm-

2 BCAA caps

330pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

a bunch of smoked BBQ pork ribs with mostly a dry rub. tried a little of the sauce, but didn't use more than a teaspoon

4000mg fish oil

7pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil and 2 BCAA caps

9pm-

Got persuaded to go out to dinner tonight at a Mexican restaurant. I am generally not a big fan of most Mexican food, and really wasn't very hungry today since my activity level hasn't been that high. I did share a double order of fajitas with Stacey, but skipped the tortillas and everything else and just ate some meat and veggies.
