2 giant grassfed beef hamburgers on lettuce wraps with homemade primal mayo

1 jalapeno and cheddar sausage

whole bunch of raw broccoli crowns dipped in some more of that greek yogurt dip garbage (glad it is gone)

4000mg fish oil

11pm-

I also broke a 3mg cap of melatonin and took it. I haven't been sleeping real well, and I thought this would help. I slept really well tonight. I don't like to take it regularly, even though there has never been a case of it causing an issue even in high doses.
