2 scoops Carnivor protein with 1 tbsp coconut palm sugar

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 leftover chicken breasts with coconut oil and bacon grease

4000mg fish oil

4pm-

caffeine/green tea

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of broiled wild salmon with salt, pepper and lemon

about 2 cups jasmine rice

red wine

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6
