3 cans of sardines in water with Tabasco sauce on them

big handful of macadamia nuts

small bag of roasted coconut flakes (Can't remember the  brand...they did have some kind of supposedly natural caramel flavor. They only had 20gr of carbs for the whole bag, along with enough fats that I don't feel too bad about them.)

650mg Siberian ginseng

4000mg fish oil

5000iu vitamin D

4pm-

1 scoop TSN Pump Ignitor

7pm-

2 liver caps

500mg vitamin C

930pm-

3 MCT oil caps

big chunk of baked wild sockeye salmon with lemon

huge spinach, avocado and red cabbage salad with raw sunflower seeds and homemade dressing

medium sized baked sweet potato with tons of Kerrygold butter, grated grassfed cheese, and some red pepper flake

1130pm-

4 ZMA caps
