Dinner today was a little too mixed to really enter accurately into myfitnesspal, so I'll just narrate the day.
8am-
1 tbsp MCT oil
200mg caffeine/green tea
2 ginseng complex caps
2pm-
2 leftover grilled chicken breasts sliced up in about 2 cups of jasmine rice, with 1 tablespoons of coconut oil melted in and tamari sauce sprinkled it.
This was about 100carbs in one sitting in the middle of the day. Not usual for me but it sounded good.

5000iu vitamin D
2 ginseng complex caps

1 scoop Wired4 preworkout

Really yummy dinner. I friend sent us some Omaha steaks. They are really small, so we made some yummy sausage and veggie skewers to go with a couple of them.
6oz fillet mignon
about 4oz of jalapeño sausages, grilled and mixed in skewers with orange and green peppers, onion, and pineapple. Ate a ton of these.
