7am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

handful of jerky and a handful of raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil 

5000iu vitamin D

10am-

200mg caffeine in the form of a some kind of preworkout drink (I have a bunch of sample packs and just grabbed one). 

1145am-

25gr Carnivore protein

1pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of leftover wild salmon

handful of raw almonds

1030pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

red wine

huge portion of grilled tri-tip

mixing bowl full of salad with: spinach, kale, broccoli, carrot, raw sunflower seeds, kalamata olives, avocado. covered in homemade dressing

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
