1 scoop TSN Pump Igniter (new preworkout)

2 liver caps

500mg vitamin C

9pm-

1 tbsp. coconut oil

Huge chunk of cod (probably about 1.5lbs), baked in the oven with a ton of melted butter and lemon on it.

About 2 cups jasmine rice with liquid aminos

about 4 cups of steamed spinach with tons of butter, lemon and Himalayan pink salt
