(Easing back into things. Still a little sick, but getting over it.)

3 BCAA caps

1 tbsp MCT oil

2pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

about 1/2lb of leftover ground bison burger with hot mustard

big handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

vitamin D

430pm-

green tea/caffeine

7pm-

3 BCAA caps

930pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

big steak

huge spinach and kale salad with a whole avocado, some tomatoes from the garden, dry cheese, raw sunflower seeds, and homemade dressing

4000mg fish oil

1130pm-

Zn, Mg, B6
