Zero rest between exercises, 3 minute rest between couplets. 

(Playing with the weights on this to see where I need to be to get the max conversion of strength to power set.)

200mg caffeine

Korean ginseng

 

8am-

1 tbsp coconut oil

25gr Carnivore protein with 1 tsp cinnamon

raw almonds

5000iu vitamin D

 

12pm-

(postworkout)

16oz coconut water

 

130pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

bunch of grilled linguica sausage and andoulle sauasage with hot mustard

raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

Siberian ginseng

 

4pm-

300mg caffeine

 

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

big chunk of leftover grilled salmon

huge salad with: 3 three strips of bacon, spinach, 1 whole broccoli crown, red onion, 1 whole avocado, huge kale leaf, handful of raw sunflower seeds

cod liver oil

 

About 11pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
