Fasted from 08/02 at about 8pm until about 8pm 08/03. 

08/04

Not much appetite today either. 

7am-

200mg caffeine

Korean ginseng

8am-

25gr Carnivore protein with 1/tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut oil

raw almonds

fish oil

cod liver oil

4pm-(preworkout)

7pm-

Sipped a little amino stuff after running, but only took a few sips and couldn't stomach it. I was actually feeling kind of sick after the sprints.

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

Huge grilled steak and a giant avocado

(I really didn't eat enough today. I even had a huge salad sitting in the fridge all made up, but I just wasn't that hungry. No need to force feed yourself.)

11pm-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
