Later, I just did some light spinal alignment and posture drills and then did some light Taekwon-Do technique drills leading class.

about 8oz of grilled wild salmon
mixing bowl full of salad with spinach, kale, red onion, raw broccoli, a whole avocado and a few raw sunflower and pumpkin seeds, with homemade dressing
About 11pm, I will hit the Zn, Mg, and B6
