TRAINING:

7PM-

400 SQUATS MIXED IN TAEKWON-DO HYUNG INTERVALS

NUTRITION:

7am-

200mg caffeine/green tea

1 tbsp MCT oil

3 BCAA caps

3pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

huge bison burger with 2 fried eggs on top

handful of raw almonds

fish oil

vitamin D

530pm-

300mg caffeine/green tea

(then sipped a BCAA solution during training, from 7-8pm)

9pm-

1 tbsp MCT oil

Gigantic grassfed steak (couldn't even finish all of it and the rest will be breakfast) and a huge bowl of steamed broccoli with about 1/4 stick of butter and tons of lemon with sea salt

vitamin D

about 1130pm I will hit the Zn, Mg, B6 and melatonin
