3 Carnivore BCAA caps
2pm-
1 tbsp MCT oil
(Not really something I would normally eat, I don't have any more training today and tonight will be my weekly cheat meal at a party)
several strips of bacon and then some sliced red potatoes, and onion, sliced up and pan fried in bacon grease, with a few more bacon strips sliced in. Seasoned with Kosher salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flake

3 BCAA caps
630pm-10pm
Weekly cheat meal at a BBQ. There were really only 2 actual "cheats" in the whole meal, since it was at Gina and Gil Price's and most of the amazing stuff there was paleo-friendly. The only things really out of the ordinary and off-July Challenge were some potato chips and some sweet potato chips, and of course the tequila I sipped.
