Pretty low activity day, so I didn't eat much until early evening.
8am-
1 tbsp MCT oil
3 Carnivore BCAA caps
About 2pm-
1 tbsp MCT oil
3 BCAA caps
7pm-
1 tbsp MCT oil
1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
huge bison burger on a mushroom cap with Swiss cheese
small bowl of a sort of salad/coleslaw Stacey made that consisted of red cabbage, thin sliced beets, red onion and shredded carrots, with vinegar and olive oil and salt and pepper
fish oil
5000iu vitamin D
About 12am-
Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin
