200mg caffeine
1000mg vitamin C

630am-
small bowl full of jerky and raw almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
3600mg fish oil

130pm-
6 strips of bacon
4 eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule

430pm-preworkout
2 scoops Jack3D

730pm-postworkout
2 scoops Cytogainer

10pm-
Generous Robb Wolf NorCal margarita
2 huge grassfed hamburgers wrapped in lettuce
huge spinach salad, with a whole avocado, 3 roma tomatoes, broccoli, onion, mushrooms and bleu cheese dressing
1 whole large broccoli crown, dipped in bleu cheese
3600mg flaxseed oil
1 cod liver oil capsule
1 tbsp coconut oil

Tomorrow starts the July Nutrition and Fitness Challenge.
The only things I would really have to change here are the bleu cheese dressing and I would have to forgo the margarita.

Yesterday was really the cheat day. I went to my favorite chinese restaurant and had a giant dish of sugary Mandarin chicken and white rice. I'm not used to that much sugar and today I felt a little like I was hung over and I craved junk food all day.

I snapped a progress photo immediately after training today, and I weighed right at 225lbs today. We'll see if this brings about any changes.
