With the July Challenge coming up, I'm going to have to be really diligent about keeping the calories up. I hit the scale tonight at 220#. This is getting too light. I enjoyed the red wine tonight, because I know I won't be having any in July.
I also have to make a plan to get my bodyweght reps in, in such a way that I can maintain weight and strength.
