5PM-
TAEKWON-DO: 16 HYUNGS

Amazingly, I actually took four whole days off of training. This was the first time I can remember that I have taken that many days off. I felt OK today, but this is not something I want to repeat for a while.

Anyway, despite feeling like crap after eating a little junk on the trip, I weighed in right at 225 today. My nutrition wasn't as strict while traveling, just because I decided I'd go ahead and have a few snacks I wouldn't otherwise, but I still avoided foods that I knew would make me downright sick.

The only big challenge was tripping around the Northwest, where every restaurant has an amazing ale selection, and not being able to touch a single one. I used to love these, but I just can't have them anymore because of the thick grainy content, and the huge amount of sugar they contain. I will literally be ill if I have even one.
