I found that there are certain mace exercises I can do as long as I'm really strict about not throwing the hips into the movement. This is hard because all power pretty much comes from the hips. 

Today: 100 10-2s with the 30# mace, then had to dig up something that wouldn't involve the lower body. Pretty much all kettlebell drills are out, so I grabbed some 30# dumbells and did some standing curl and presses with them. I had to keep from laughing. In total, I did a 3 minute set with them, with one rep every 5 seconds, then a 2-minute set, then a 1 minute set (one minute rest between sets).

930am-

100 ring rows (in sets of 8-12 reps with 30 seconds between sets)

100 Hindu pushups (10x10 on the minute)

530pm-

Mace and Indian clubs. 

100 10-2s and 100 gravediggers with 30# mace. 

NUTRITION:

8am-

300mg caffeine

10am-

50gr Carnivore protein with 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon

2pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

bunch of bacon and 3 fried duck eggs

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge local-raised grassfed steak and a bunch of steamed broccoli with butter and lemon

fish oil

cod liver oil

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6
