TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 05/26/13 Swings, Burpees, Pullups at the Track.

20 minutes at the track with one kettlebell: Swings at one corner of the track, burpees at the next two, and pullups at the last turn (there is a good pullup bar about 20 yards off the track).

5 Double kettlebell clean, squat, press ladders, 1-3 reps per ladder. Double 32s. 

6pm-

18 Taekwon-Do hyungs, basics, sparring, breaking.

Fasted from about 10pm Saturday night until about 7pm tonight, after my track time. 

445pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore.

7pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge grassfed double burger on top of a portabello mushroom with swiss cheese...really, this was almost obscenely huge. 

giant baked potato with grated parmesean cheese, butter and red pepper flake

fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6.
