Two max-effort Tabata hill sprint rounds up the steepest hill I could find. Absolutely 100% on both. Almost zero forward movement on the last intervals of each round.

bunch of jerky and almonds with fish oil and cod liver oil
9pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
experimented grilling up some babyback ribs. Tasted fine, but I was in a big hurry
huge spinach and kale salad with a whole avocado, green onions, feta cheese, tomato and homemade dressing
