Two max-effort Tabata hill sprint rounds up the steepest hill I could find. Absolutely 100% on both. Almost zero forward movement on the last intervals of each round.

NUTRITION:

1 tbsp coconut oil

jerky and almonds

3pm-

Famous Dave's BBQ. Huge bunch of dry rub BBQ with zero sugary sauces and sausage with hot mustard. Got a double order of steamed broccoli for side orders. 

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

5 strips of bacon, used to hold slices of avocado and tomato

5/05

6am-

250mg caffeine/green tea mix

130pm-

2 scoops Jack3D

4pm-(postworkout)

2 scoops Aftershock

bunch of jerky and almonds with fish oil and cod liver oil

9pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

experimented grilling up some babyback ribs. Tasted fine, but I was in a big hurry

huge spinach and kale salad with a whole avocado, green onions, feta cheese, tomato and homemade dressing
