2nd leftover chicken breast (didn't feel like cooking), cut up in a huge spinach salad, with one whole large avocado, artichoke hearts, onion, and vinaigrette dressing
Big bowl of white calrose rice (carb refuel)

2000mg flaxseed oil

About 12am I will take my usual ZMA, melatonin and some roobios tea.
